Here are a variety of crazy weight loss plans . A few hold some logic and others that are simply too ridiculous to take seriously. Take a look, but proceed with caution. Several of these diets may be bad for your health and are not preferable to a healthy diet and regular exercise regime. It’s always a good idea to consult your health care professional prior to drastically changing your diet.

The Back to Front diet

Many fans believe that switching your daily meals, so that you eat a heavy dinner for breakfast, an average sized meal for lunch and a lighter breakfast as your evening meal, will help you to decrease your weight because a larger number of calories are consumed in the morning. This means you’ll have plenty of time to burn the morning calories throughout the day. The question is would anyone really want to eat Lasagne for breakfast?

The Baby Food Diet

Substitute regular meals for baby-food jars which are low in calories and high in vitamins and minerals. You should take note that foods designed for babies are tasteless and have the consistency of runny gloop

The Coffee Diet

For the coffee diet simply drink lots of coffee, as it increases your resting metabolic rate by around 10% , producing a greater calorie burn. That’s good news for coffee lovers but there will of course, be the risk of caffeine related side effects.

The Ear-stapling Diet

There is absolutely no scientific backing to suggest this method works, however advocates think that having the cartilage in your ear stapled can decrease hunger. The potential for infection is high and the practice is now illegal in Florida and other states.

The Cotton Ball Diet

The idea is to eat gelatine-soaked or dry cotton balls which give a feeling of fullness and have no calories. The cotton ball weight loss plan is an unsafe way to decrease your weight and may really mess up your digestive system.

Increase Laughter

Laughing a lot can be counted as exercise and can help to burn 40 calories in 15 minutes. Clearly it’s not intense enough to replace regular workouts, but it definitely can be fun method for burning extra calories every day and will also enhance your mood.
