Red Card Procedures

Referee’s Send-Off Report

If you have issued a red card and/or dismissed a coach from the field, there are two things that you need to do as soon as possible and in no case later than 24 hours after the incident. First, please contact NYSA’s Head Referee Jeff Dandridge at either (415) 203-7011 or e-mail by clicking here

Secondly:

1. For CYSA games please click here and then print the Referee’s Send-Off Report, follow the instructions, complete the report and mail it in to:

2. For NorCal Premier League games please click here to go to the Referee’s page. A link to the The Send-Off Report (MS Word) can be found, follow the instructions, complete the report and email it to Albert Chu, Norcal's head Ref.
