    Tournament Application Terms:

    1.  Refunds will be made to all teams not accepted.
    2. Teams must drop via an email prior to July 11, 2009, contact novato.classic@gmail.com **Refunds provided to teams that drop prior to the deadline, will be assessed a $25.00 transaction fee.
    3. Teams that drop after the July 11th deadline will forfeit their entire application fee.
    4. A cancellation fee of approximately one-fifth of the entry fee will be withheld from each team's refund if the tournament is cancelled as a result of weather, acts of terrorism or acts of God after June 30, 2009. The Tournament Director or Referee may suspend a tournament match for any circumstance in consideration of player safety or potential field damage.
    5. All applicants will be approved or denied acceptance by the selection committee to insure competitive soccer. It is at the sole discretion of the tournament which teams it determines to accept.
    6. Early check-in will be available Friday evening 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., August 7th. However, it is mandatory that you Check-in no later than 90 minutes before your first game played, details of which will be broadcasted by general email to all accepted teams.
    7. US Club Soccer Teams: - Complete the Online Application; no further action is required. US Club Soccer teams must submit current player identification cards, medical release forms and roster at registration.
    8. Non US Club Soccer Teams: - Complete the Online Application. This event is open to any team which has passes from a US Club or US Youth Soccer affiliated league. If your US Youth Soccer league refuses to recognize the tournament that Non-US Club Soccer teams may need to purchase tournament insurance from US Club Soccer.
    9. Payment: Please send payment after completion of the online application or we must receive check no later than July 10, 2009 to the address below. Please include on your check your team name, age group and gender.
